Passive Income

Passive income is income that does not require your direct involvement. Some kinds of passive income you may be familiar with include owning rental property, royalties on an invention or creative work, and network marketing.

If you want to earn more, work less, and have a decent retirement, you're going to have to start creating income streams that do not require your direct involvement. Whether you're just starting your business, or you've been running it a while, the sooner you start thinking about how you are going to shift your business model to create more passive income, the sooner you can achieve personal and financial freedom.

INFOLINKS
Infolinks - PPC advertising program.
The links you see on my website are part of a pay per click advertising program called Infolinks.

Infolinks
is an In Text advertising service: they take my text and create links within it. If you hover with your mouse over these double underlined links, you will see a small dialog box containing advertisement related to the text marked. You can choose to either move the mouse away and go on with your browsing, or to press on the box and go to the ad page which is relevant to the text.

I have found Infolinks to be a great way to add relevant unobtrusive ads to a couple of my websites and generate additional income beyond my Goodle Adsense ads. Infolinks In-text ads can be used in conjunction with Google Adsense. The double underlined text are the Infolinks ads that when clicked on take the visitor to an ad that is relevant to the underlined words.

The in-text links on this page are provided by Infolinks. If you move your cursor over one of the links and Infolinks ad will pop up. Every time a visitor clicks on those ads, I get paid! Any legitimate website or blog with content can integrate Infolinks In-Text ads. The higher the page views on the site, the more diverse will be the textual content on the site and the greater the ad revenue earning potential for the website.

Infolinks are appropriate on any kind of websites from personal blogs to international news websites. If your website publishes content and attracts visitors, Infolinks In-Text ads will enhance your published content with user triggered, less intrusive advertising that would not distract from your site content.

The Infolinks platform is open to any online publisher, big or small, with no sign up fees or minimum qualifications to participate. You can put ads on your website by filling their a short online application with Infolinks and then complete their simple one minute integration process that consists of taking a small piece of javscript code that they provide and inserting it near the bottom of your webpages. It's really quite easy. Website publishers and infopreuners will be able to easily monetize their sites and add to AdSense or other forms of advertising they are doing without distracting from existing ads.

AMAZON
I am in love again!!! My interest in Amazon has re-ignited! I recently visited a fellow SBIer web site which was listed on my list of SBI sites and I like the way she had one of images displayed on her site. She was selling a product and it was powered by Amazon!

Now she only had the image without the amazon logo so I did not that the product was being sold from Amazon until I clicked on the image. So I followed her pattern and started the doing the same on my site. I actually having alot of fun and choosing items specific for the topic of my pages. Prior to this is was a bit disappointed with Amazon - not making any money, I started deleting some of the banners on my site but thanks to this new idea,

I am back on the wagon again. I feel very excited about it! I have purchased a few things (one item as delicate as a camera lens) from Amazon and I am very impressed with their service. There was even a time when I purchased the incorrect item and had to return it. I received my refund without any problem.

Selling items from Amazon is easy, another form of passive income, all you have to do is the initial set up on your website and that's it. Your guest clicks on your text link or image link and amazon does the rest. I will get a commission from a sale when a visitor to my site clicks on one of amazon images and buys. Another great thing is I don't have to worry about stocking any inventory!!!
