My SBI Experience

I did it! This is my second website with SBI and the journey thus far has been great! I have learned so much. My experience with SBI has just been great, they are always looking for ways to improve their service and they have never disappointed me yet.

A few days ago, I had a query and honestly, within 15 minutes my questions were answered. Note that I said questions. That is what you call great customer service!

Many SBI owners want to give their sites a new 'facelift'. SBI recently released new 3 column templates but it would entail learning a bit about CSS and HTML and rest assured, if you don't know anthing about these languages, SBI provides in depth tutorials!

I made two attempts at this before with someone that I purchased templates from, but I found it a bit time consuming. I know that if I applied myself I could succeed. SBI promises to have 3 column templates for the Block Builder feature of the program (which I use) by an estimated time of December 2010. I think I will wait because I read that this feature will entail just clicking a button and ALL the pages will be changed.

Like SBI always says, "focus on building your content and we will do the rest".

Another marvelous feature that I recently tried is NPI (Name Park It). Name Park It is a feature that is available for us to be able to reserve a domain name until we are ready for it. What I did was, I had not made up my mind mind if I wanted to go ahead and create this new site so while I was collecting data, I decided to reserve a unique name. Sometimes you may search for a domain name and it is available and if you don't act fast, by the time you are ready, somebody may reserved it. So to be safe guard yourself, you use the Name Park It feature. Which is what I did.

SBI is really a one stop store!

This is my first article about my SBI experience. I also have a blog where I journalize my experiences with SBI.

I started this site on 11th May 2010 and when I checked my Traffic Statistics (on May 15th, 2010), it reported that my site pages had about 500 views!!! I only had about 22 pages at the time!!!!

My first SBI website is about cooking with alot of Trini recipes and some I created myself.
