passionate and sensitive about this site because trying to keep my
weight under control has been my goal for many years and it has not
been easy. I am sure many of you reading this may have or had the same

My inspiration for the name of this website came
from one of my affirmations to lose 70 pounds in 2009. In 2009 I
started reading about The Secrets and during this
period, I learned that I should specifically state what I wanted and
visual that I was in the present moment of that achievement. To aid me
to achieve that goal, I created a screen saver with a set of pictures
and affirmations. One of my affirmations was to lose 70 pounds!
When I first started collating ideas for this
website, my original goal was to lose 70 pounds. Then when I weight
myself on 21st April 2010, I realized that I had to revise my weight
lose goal to 100 pounds so guess what, you can also access this website
with the url 1oopounds!
This site is intended to give other individuals
inspiration and motivation to keep pursuing their weight loss goals if
they are in the situation as I am. Even though I have achieved my final
goal, I still have to maintain I can not forget that with my body type
if I go back to my old ways, all my efforts will be in vain.
